Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your return being handled. You'll receive a refund for the item's cost, excluding the initial shipping fee. An automated email confirms the refund initiation, usually taking 2-3 workdays. Credit/debit card reimbursement times depend on your bank.
Our Exchange/Refund Procedure
This information needs to be provided in the returning package and is essential for a smooth return procedure.
After you've paid for the label - you will be sent printable return documents to your email. The returns label we provide will include all the necessary instructions on how to complete your return including customs information. This information is important for your package to smoothly go through customs, avoiding extra fees and delays.
Please note that returns are usually processed within 7 business days from receipt at our returns center. This may be slightly longer during peak times.
If you decide to use your own courier service, additional charges may apply & the returning package remains the customer's responsibility until it is received by our Warehouse. We also recommend that if you are using your own courier service that you retain full proof of sending in the event of a dispute between you and your courier.

In the unlikely event of your product not having reached you in perfect condition please contact us immediately to arrange a return for a replacement. Damage/fault claims must be submitted within 2-3 days of receipt of your order, and we’ll look after you from here.
Normal wear is not considered a defect.
